Several months ago a friend introduced me to Regent's Secret, a website which holds private members only sales. They were hosting a sale on Petunia Pickle Bottom Diaper Bags at the time and she thought I'd like to check it out. Everything they sell is brand new and goes for up to 70% off retail. They send you a weekly e-mail with what sales are coming up. Each sale only last for 2-3 days so you have to shop fast if you want something.

I ordered a pair of jeans on the 12th of November and have yet to know ANYTHING! I tried EVERY extension on the 888 number, most of which sent me straight to voicemail, most of them voice mailboxes full! One extension led me to a voicemail which told me they were no longer employed at Regent's and to call Terry Ellis at a specific number. Calling it took me to a full mailbox!!! I don't care if you are going out of business, or if you apparently don't want to deal with a barrage of angry customers, but you can at least leave a recorded message telling us what's going on! I mean, what are they trying to do, pocket my money? I know I'm not the only person too, looking around, I found a quite a few people in the same boat..
